DO-follow is the property of back link . If your sites get do-follow back link then it will be great for your website....

to look about nofollow/ dofollow please install nodofollow addon in firefox, than....you can see

There are two types Do follow and No Follow. Google are prefer Do Follow submission your website and good effect of your site. "Nofollow" provides a way for webmasters to tell search engines "Don't follow links on this page" or "Don't follow this specific link."

Do follow is an link where Google use to follow and gives more preference to such links but it doesn't mean that no follow links gives link juice to the site.

Though, do follow links helps in ranking on SERP'S, merely concentrating on do-follow links may get the website penalized. One should also have some amount of no follow links to ensure that the website not affected . We should have organic way of building both do follow and no follow links for a website to rank on SERP'S.
