There is no particular time defined, it also depends on how many link you want to disavow and in how many days Google bot crawl your website.

It can take a number of weeks; depends on the number of links. And remember when you disavow links, WMT will still show them as links to your site but treat them as no follow so they will always show.
There is no specific time period for Google Disavow.

Usually it should take couple of weeks but Google don't delete those spammy links once you disvow it.It just stop crawling and linking to your website eventually improving your ranking .
