 I visited one article directory, and I read the policy, and none words restrict to submit article in multiple directories.
But still suggest me can I submit to multiple??

Each article that you write should only be submitted one time to each directory, but you can submit that same article to as many directories as you like.

As an article submission, the answer is No! But if they are all your personal site, it can be done but not too often. In my perspective, it would be real time-waster on my part to re-write the article for each website that I am submitting to that belongs to me. How long does it take you to write one article?

Yes, you can same article use for article submission. But if you have more then 2 keywords then try to use 2 or 3 different articles for article submission and try to use unique articles for the submission because they give fast and good results for your website.
