HTML elements commmunicate to the browser how to render text.When surrounded by angular brackets < > the form HTML tags.For the most part,tags come in pairs and surround text.

HTML is and programming language using which we can create the we pages but the HTML contains the small element called Tags.

<html> and closing tags: </html> . The only difference between an opening tag and a closing tag is the forward slash "/". You label content by putting it between an opening tag and a closing tag. HTML is all about elements.
